Review by hotel critic
Nestled in a picturesque lakeside setting, Hotel Mozart provides a delightful getaway for those who appreciate good food and stunning views. Upon checking in, I was pleased to discover that my room boasted an enchanting lake view—definitely worth the extra CHF 20 per night. Each morning, I looked forward to a breakfast that struck a balance between simplicity and quality. The rich hot and cold buffet offered a delightful start to the day, featuring fresh breads, yogurts, cereals, and seasonal fruits. It reminded me of home breakfasts back in Nassau, though I did wish for a bit more variety. The hotel's restaurant, with its charming ambiance and scenic garden, was a lovely surprise. I indulged in light fare while soaking in the tranquil surroundings. Despite occasional train activity nearby, the electric shutters and solid windows ensured a peaceful dining experience. With a friendly staff who catered to my needs, my stay was both comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel's prime location, just a stone's throw from local dining options, made it easy to explore the culinary scene. For a restful stay and a chance to experience a taste of delightful cuisine, Hotel Mozart is a great pick!
